ReplyDeleteoh how cute! really nice! Happy Easter to you too :)
ReplyDeletethis is so pretty, I really love your rabbit. I dont know why I cant seem to get my ribbon roses to look right, yours look wonderful
ReplyDeleteOh that rabbit is darling! I really love his cute little face, and innocent expression! I adore the little roses and the colours you made them in! Your lovely tutorials helped inspire me to try fondant out, please check out my blog and tell me how I am going!? I would love to know how you position the fondant on the cake without getting any dents in it? Are there any tricks to it, or is it just practice?
ReplyDeletehow about a ribbon rose tutorial?! these are gorgeous!
ReplyDeletethats coming next week!!
ReplyDeleteapparentlyjessy- positioning the cake without denting the fondant comes both with practice and there is a small trick to it. i personally use a thin spatula under it when i move it and always at the back (easier to hide and cover up mistakes. kind of hard to explain, but i have my hand under it and the spatula under it and then when i place it on the board i take my hand out and then lower it down onto the board with the spatula trying not to touch the cake if possible and if i need to very gently doing so without using fingertips. then once its down i just slide out the spatula very carefully.
ReplyDeletep.s it looks like your doing a wonderful job!
This is about the cutest thing I have ever seen! Just found your blog through epicute. Wow! I can't wait to grab another cup of tea and look through your past posts! Amazing!
